Recently Puma unveiled the all new Puma evoPOWER Vigor 1, replacing the evoPOWER 1.3. It’s real good.
It seems like they’ve made the AdapLite even softer and it’s featuring a sock like construction now. It’s nice and tight and the AccuFoam pods help with grip. The boot really has a nice grippy feel to it. Soleplate hasn’t changed at all, but then again, why fix something that isn’t broken. The soleplate is really flexible in both ways which allows your foot to bend naturally when striking the ball. Speaking of striking the ball, that’s what this boot is all about after all. It delivers on that front as well, just as you would expect.
It seems like Puma is going in the right direction. Comfort level is real high, the aesthethics of the boots have been improved massively over the years so I can really see a bright future for Puma Football in general. We’ll just have to wait and see what they come up next with, should be awesome.
I made an unboxing video of these boots and you can watch it here:
